Delivery timescales
Orders will be processed within 48 hours of payment (weekend orders will be processed the next business working day). Items that are in stock will be couriered using a next weekday delivery service. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, some delivery times may be longer. You will receive a text message with your delivery day and time slot (provided a mobile number is given when the order is placed). For items not in stock, we will be in contact to advise estimated delivery time.
Signatures are required upon delivery. If you are not in when the courier arrives they will leave a delivery card and attempt delivery the next day. Goods can also be left in a safe place if instructed.
